We are tucked away in Chembur, specifically at No 3, Lakshmi Niwas on Gaothen Road No 3. It is not a flashy place, just a regular office where we handle the daily grind of Aquarius Logistics Pvt Ltd. The building is one of those older Mumbai structures that has seen a lot of seasons. Every morning, we open up the office and start sorting through the manifests and schedules. There is a lot of noise from the street outside, mostly cars and the occasional vendor shouting, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our team is small, just a handful of us sitting at desks that have seen better days. We don't have any of those fancy coffee machines or lounge areas you see in movies. We just have a kettle and some local tea bags. Most of our time is spent on the phone or staring at spreadsheets to make sure things are moving from one point to another. It gets pretty humid here in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always on full blast. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit, which gives us a chance to talk about things other than work. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It is just a practical operation. We focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure the transport guys know where to go.
