You’ll find us on the ground floor of Ganesh Niwas, which is at No. 1, 11 Tara Temple Lane. This is just off Lamington Road, so as you can imagine, it’s a very crowded and active area. APEX AGENCIES PVT. LTD. has been operating from this little corner for a long time. The lane is narrow, and there are always people moving boxes or fixing things nearby. Our office isn't very big. It's packed with files and a few desks. It feels like a proper old-school workspace. We don't have air conditioning that works all the time, so we usually have the windows open to catch a breeze. The temple nearby brings a lot of foot traffic, especially on festival days. It can get quite loud with the bells and the chanting, but it’s part of the charm of being here. We aren't the type of company that has a reception desk or a waiting lounge with magazines. If you come in, you'll probably see us middle of a pile of papers or on the phone. We just handle the business as it comes. It’s a practical location for being close to the main markets. We like the grit and the energy of Lamington Road. It keeps us on our toes. We’re just regular people trying to run a steady business.
