We are over here at the Bharat Diamond Bourse in Bandra East, right in the thick of things at BKC. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with the diamond trade. Our spot is at FC-1 and we mostly spend our days dealing with diamond aids and the various tools that folks in this industry need to get their work done. It’s not a glamorous job but someone has to supply the equipment that keeps the polishers and cutters moving. We’ve been here for a good while now and seen the bourse change quite a bit over the years. Usually, it's just us answering phones or helping someone who walked in looking for a specific part. The address is easy to find if you're already in the complex, though sometimes the corridors all start looking the same if you aren't used to it. We don't do much fancy talking here. Most of the people we deal with are just looking for practical solutions for their diamond work. We keep the shelves stocked with what’s necessary and try to keep things organized, even when it gets hectic during the peak hours. It's a lot of manual tracking and making sure orders go out to the right offices. If you're around Bandra East, you'll see how the whole place hums with activity. That's just how life is for us at Aone Diamond Aids. We just focus on the task at hand and get home to our families after the shutters go down for the day.
