You can find us at No. 402 in the Srisathyadeep CHS, which is part of the Bindra Complex on Mahakali Cave Road. We’re right in the middle of Andheri East. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been working out of this office for a while now. We handle all sorts of IT problems. Most of the time it’s people calling because their internet is down or their computers are acting slow. We spend a lot of our day staring at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of software won't behave. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have to search for hours to find a fix. The office is usually a bit of a mess with spare parts and keyboards lying around. We aren't really the corporate type, just a bunch of guys who understand how computers work. Andheri East is always packed with traffic, so getting to clients can take longer than the actual repair work. We’ve stayed in this building because it’s a familiar spot for us. The lift in the building is a bit temperamental, so we sometimes end up taking the stairs. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just try to get the tech working again so people can get back to their own jobs. It’s straightforward work, even if the technology itself gets complicated. We just do what we can, one ticket at a time.
