The place is on Khairani Road, specifically inside the Ansari Compound in Loyalka Estate. If you find Jangleshwar mandir, you are basically there. We have been working out of this spot for a long time. It’s not a shiny office or anything, just a regular workplace where things get done. We do all sorts of tasks. Some days are loud with the sound of machinery, and other days are a bit more relaxed. Most of the staff live nearby, so we all know the area well. We don't have a big marketing plan or a fancy website. Usually, people just hear about us through word of mouth. The floor is often covered in scraps and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't bother us. We focus on the work itself. We’re not a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to stay busy. We show up early and stay until the work is finished. The traffic on Khairani Road can be a real headache in the evenings, but that’s just life in this part of town. We keep things simple. No complicated processes or long meetings. If there's a problem, we just fix it and move on. That’s how we’ve always operated. We value the relationships we have with the folks in the compound. It feels like a little community here.
