Ank Travels

We are located on the third floor of Azad House, Room 301. Our building is on Red Cross Street in Mumbai Central, right near the YMCA swimming pool. If you can find the pool, you're basically there. It’s a decent climb up to the third floor, but the office is a good place to work once you get there. We deal with travel bookings and all the different details that go along with planning a trip. It's mostly just sitting at the desks, looking at screens, and talking to customers who come by or call us. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some computers, a few printers, and plenty of chairs for when people come in to chat about their plans. We've been at Azad House for some time now. Being near the YMCA is handy because everyone knows the landmark. We aren't a big travel agency with a lot of branches. We are just a local team doing our best to get the tickets and itineraries sorted without any mistakes. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a lot of people want to travel at the same time, like during school holidays. We just try to stay calm and work through the list. It’s a lot of checking and double-checking names and dates. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it simple. We don't use a lot of fancy words or complicated systems. We just focus on the work that needs to get done for the day.
