Anita Medical Systems is tucked away at No. 3A/4 in the Commercial Block of Ram Apartments. We’ve been operating out of Goregaon East for a while now. Pandurangwadi is a busy part of the suburb, and the 4th Cross Road usually has a lot of traffic and people moving about. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass skyscraper. Our office is just a regular place where we get our work done. We handle medical systems and equipment. Most days, it's just about answering the phone and making sure the technicians have what they need. The files are stacked high, and the desks are a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the building's lift is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just show up and do the job. The neighbors in the apartments are used to seeing us by now. We might grab a tea from the stall around the corner when things get stressful. It’s a simple, honest business. We deal with doctors and hospital staff who need their equipment fixed or delivered. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on stuff. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to keep things running smoothly here in Mumbai. It is a long day for most of us, but we get the orders out on time.
