Animus Ventures Private Limited

Animus Ventures Private Limited is based out of Mahim. We are located in Flat 603 of the Dev Aarti Co-Op Society on Pathare Marg. It’s a pretty easy place to find because we are right opposite the Sitladevi Temple. Being in a residential building makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a typical commercial block. We’ve got a view of the street from our window, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. The 400016 area is a good mix of old and new Mumbai. Our office is just a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There’s no big hierarchy or fancy titles that we care about. We just sit down and get the work done. The society is quiet for the most part, except during festival times when the temple across the road gets very busy. We usually have our lunch together in the small kitchen area. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to see who it is. It’s a very straightforward way of running a business. We like the fact that we can walk to the local markets if we need anything for the office. It’s just a regular workplace in a regular neighborhood. We don't do anything flashy, we just focus on the ventures we manage.
