Anil Chandiramani & Associates

Our address is 21, Atur Apartment on Minoo Desai Marg in Colaba. We are located right opposite Hotel Pariyuaz. This part of Mumbai has a lot of history, and our office at Anil Chandiramani & Associates is right in the middle of it. The apartment building is an older one, which gives the workspace a different feel than those new glass towers you see elsewhere. Inside, we have our desks, bookshelves filled with old reference books, and plenty of filing cabinets. It is a bit of a tight fit sometimes, but we have made it work for us over the years. We spend most of our hours here dealing with various documents and meetings. The windows let in the sounds of the Mumbai streets, which we have grown used to. It is a simple, no-frills environment. We do not have a fancy lobby or a lot of staff; it is just us doing the work that needs to be done. We take our breaks when we can and usually have papers spread out across the main table most of the day. The location in Colaba is great because everything we need is nearby, and we have become part of the local community here. We do not try to make things look more complicated than they really are. We just show up at Atur Apartment, get through our list of things to do, and handle the business as it comes. It is a practical way of working.
