Select Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is found at number 34/131 in the Laxmi Industrial Estate. It is a huge estate and if you aren't familiar with the layout, it is very easy to turn down the wrong lane. Our unit is basically a large room that we have divided up with some partitions. We handle marketing for different companies and most of our space is taken up by samples, brochures, and boxes that are waiting to be sent out. The environment in the industrial estate is very practical and no-nonsense. There are trucks loading and unloading all day long and there is always someone shouting or a horn blowing somewhere nearby. Our office has a small pantry where we make our own coffee because the stuff from the canteen is not very good. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years and we all just know our jobs. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the floor has some scuff marks from moving boxes around, but we don't mind. We focus on getting the work done for our clients and making sure the orders are shipped correctly. We've been at this location for a long time and we know most of the other business owners in the estate. We don't try to look bigger than we are. We just stay busy with our daily tasks and try to keep things organized in the middle of all the chaos.
