Up on the 7th floor of Morya Landmark 2, things get pretty busy. We’re right on Link Road in Andheri, so you can imagine the noise from the traffic downstairs. Being an engineering place, there are always blueprints spread out on the tables and people arguing over measurements. It’s a lot of technical talk and computer work. The office has big windows, which is good for looking at the rain or just seeing the lights of Andheri in the evening. We spend most of our day coordinating between the site and the office. It's not a very quiet place because someone is always on the phone or printing out big sheets of paper. The elevator takes forever in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their floor. We have a small pantry where we make coffee to stay awake during the long afternoons. It’s just a regular workspace with cubicles and a few private rooms for the senior folks. Morya Landmark 2 is a well-known building, so at least visitors don't get lost too often. We’ve been here for a while now. The carpets are a bit worn in the spots where people walk the most. Engineering is hard work, and we just try to get through the daily tasks without too much fuss. Sometimes we stay late when a project deadline is coming up. That’s just how it is in this industry. Nothing fancy, just hard work and a lot of coffee.
