Greenwood Heights Private Limited is based on the ground floor of Noorie Apartment in A- Wing. We are located on Shalimar Lane, which is a little side street off Yari Road in Versova. Being in Andheri West means it’s always crowded outside, but our lane is a bit quieter. The office is basically just a converted apartment space, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a few desks and some chairs for people who drop by. We deal with real estate and property management in the local area. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors or checking on different buildings nearby. We don't have a big corporate setup or a shiny lobby. It is just a practical space where we keep our files and meet with clients. The sea is close by, so sometimes you can smell the salt in the air. We know the Versova neighborhood really well because we have lived and worked here for a long time. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and there is always something happening on Yari Road. We don't bother with big advertisements or fancy slogans. We just help people find places to live or sort out their property papers. It’s a small, local operation and we like it that way. The office is simple, and we just go about our work in a quiet, steady way every day.
