We spend most of our days here at 8, Shah Industrial Estate, just off Veera Desai Road. It’s a busy spot in Mumbai. Most of the time, the trucks are coming in and out, and we’re just making sure the healthcare gear gets to where it needs to go. We’ve been here a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets really backed up, especially when it rains, but we still manage to stay busy. We deal with things like medical equipment that helps people move around when they’re sick. It’s physical work mostly. Some of us have been working in this area for years, so we know all the local lunch spots around the industrial estate. It's just a normal workplace. We handle the paperwork, talk to the clinic managers, and try to keep things moving. There isn't much to say other than we’re here every morning, opening up the gates and checking the stock. People come by for meetings or to look at the equipment, and we just show them what we have on the floor. It’s straightforward. We aren't doing anything flashy here. Just a group of people working in a busy part of the city. We keep the kettle going and make sure the orders are packed right before they head out on the road.
