Right in the middle of Andheri East, you will find our office at No. 2/210 in the Mittal Industrial Estate. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy and crowded this area can be. The estate is always full of trucks and people moving goods. We are up on one of the floors, and the freight elevator is sometimes a bit of a wait. We focus on exports, which means our space is usually packed with cartons ready to go to the port. There is not a lot of room to move around most days. We have a small team that handles the packing and the documentation. It’s a lot of double-checking lists and making sure the labels are on straight. The noise from the street and the other units in the building is constant, so it’s never really quiet here. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sitting among the boxes or on the phone with a shipping line. It’s a fast-paced environment but in a very manual, unpolished way. We just focus on getting the cargo out on time. Sometimes the rains make everything difficult, but we just keep at it. It’s a basic operation that has been running in the same way for years. We don't see a need for big changes as long as the work gets done correctly.
