Shivam Gift Novelties

You can find our shop at No. 26 Khanderao Bhuvan on Cardinal Gracious Road in Chakala, Andheri East. We are right opposite PG Plaza. It’s a small shop but it is filled from floor to ceiling with all kinds of gift items and novelties. We have statues, toys, wall clocks, and a lot of decorative things for the home. I run the shop with my family. We are open long hours, especially during the festive season when everyone is looking for presents. The area around Chakala is always very busy with traffic and people going to work. We get a lot of walk-in customers who are just passing by. The shop is a bit cramped because we try to keep so much variety in stock. We spend a lot of our time reorganizing the shelves and helping people find the right thing for their budget. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to run a nice local shop where people feel comfortable coming in to browse. It can be a bit dusty with so many items on display, but we do our best to keep it tidy. We like talking to the regulars who live in the neighborhood. It’s a simple life behind the counter. We are right opposite PG Plaza, so we get to see everything that happens on this busy street.
