Being on the 8th floor of the 215 Atrium building means we see a lot of the Andheri Kurla Road traffic from our windows. Regen Powertech Pvt. Ltd. is located right in the middle of a very busy part of Mumbai, next to the Courtyard Marriott. Getting into work can be a bit of a challenge with the Chakala crowds, but once you’re up in the office, things settle down a bit. We spend our days looking at technical drawings, power boards, and a lot of spreadsheets. It’s a professional space, but we still have our piles of folders and the occasional coffee spill on a desk. The 8th floor has a good view, but we’re usually too busy with meetings or technical calls to look out much. We aren't about big speeches; we just focus on the engineering and the hardware we’re dealing with. Sometimes the elevators take forever, so we end up chatting with people from other offices in the lobby. We’ve got a small pantry where we spend most of our break time talking about the commute or the weekend. It’s a lot of hard work in a fast-paced area, but we’ve got a good routine going. We don’t bother with much decoration besides some technical charts and a few office plants that we sometimes forget to water. It’s just a group of people working together in a high-rise, trying to get the technical stuff right every single day.
