We are located in the Akshay Mittal Industrial Estate in Sakinaka. It’s a huge place and sometimes it’s hard to find our specific unit, No. 5- C/196 197, if you don't know the way through the maze of buildings. Andheri East is always moving, and this estate is no different. Raj Rayon Industries Limited is just what’s written on the paperwork. To us, it’s the place where we’ve worked for a long time. The space is filled with the smell of the materials we handle. It’s not a quiet office; there’s always something being moved or loaded onto a truck outside. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and you’re right in the middle of everything. We use every bit of space we have for storage and working. The ceilings are high, which is nice when it gets hot in Mumbai. We’ve got some old fans that wobble a bit, but they keep the air moving enough. We don't spend money on expensive furniture. Our desks are just functional. We spend our days coordinating with the loaders and checking the schedules. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work for the crew. We know the security guards at the gate well. Sometimes the rain leaks in near the back door during monsoon season, and we just put a bucket down. We don’t make a big deal of it. We just keep moving and finish the day.
