Being in the Ansa Industrial Estate means it’s always busy and a bit noisy around here. Our unit is D-133, right off Saki Vihar Road in Sakinaka. If you’ve ever been to Andheri East, you know the traffic is something else, especially with all the trucks moving in and out of the estate. We do industrial work, which means there’s a lot of metal and the smell of machine oil in the air most of the time. It’s a big, open space where we do our manufacturing and keep our inventory. We don’t have a fancy office up front, just a small desk where we keep the invoices and the phone. Most of our guys have been working these machines for a long time, so they know the sounds of the shop by heart. We take our breaks near the entrance to catch whatever breeze comes through the alleyway. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we like being part of the industrial hub here. We don’t do any flashy marketing; our work comes from people knowing we’ve been in this spot for years and we know how to handle the manufacturing process. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just focus on getting the orders out the door on time without making any big excuses. It is just a regular factory life for us.
