Mighty Constructions is based on the 6th floor of the A Wing in Universal Business Park. If you know Chandivali Farm Road, you know how the traffic can get near Sakivihar Road. It’s a bit of a trek to get up here sometimes, but the view of Andheri East from the 6th floor is alright, even if it's just more rooftops and cranes. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints and talking to site supervisors on the phone. The office is usually covered in dust from the site visits, and there’s always a stack of yellow helmets near the door. We’ve been doing construction for a while, mostly around Mumbai and the suburbs. It’s a tough business with a lot of moving parts and weather delays. Our office isn't one of those fancy modern ones with bean bags; it's mostly metal cabinets and big tables for spreading out drawings. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the summer heat, but we get by. We deal with a lot of different contractors and suppliers every day. It’s a lot of loud talking and coordinating. Sometimes we stay late when a project deadline is coming up, eating takeout while we figure out the logistics. It’s just a group of people trying to build things right and keep the projects moving forward despite the usual Mumbai chaos. We aren't trying to do anything flashy, just the work that needs finishing before the monsoon hits.
