Durga Trading Company

We opened up Durga Trading Company in Shop No. 14 at Sariput Naga quite some time back. If you know the Jogeshwari-Vikroli Link Road, you know it gets pretty busy around here in Andheri East. Most days it’s just us handling the stock and making sure things are where they need to be. We deal with various trading goods that people in the area need. The shop isn't huge but we fit a lot in there. It can get a bit dusty with all the traffic outside but we try to keep things organized. Usually, one of us is sitting at the front desk while someone else is moving boxes in the back. It’s a standard routine. We open early in the morning and stay until the evening rush starts to die down. People stop by on their way home from work. Sometimes we’re just chatting with the neighbors from the other shops nearby. It’s a regular local business life. Nothing fancy happens here, just the usual buying and selling. We’ve seen the road change a lot over the years. The metro work and everything made it noisy for a while. We just keep the shutters up and do our work. If someone needs something specific, we look through the inventory. Most of the time we have what’s asked for. It’s just how we run things every day. The weather really affects the mood here; when it rains, the shop gets a bit damp. We just put out some mats and keep going.
