If you find yourself in the Midc area, specifically at the Ackruti Star Building on Central Road, you’ll find us up on the fourth floor. It’s a bit of a change from the noisy workshops on the ground level, but it’s still a busy place. Bagzone Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of Plot No. 401 for some time now. Even though it’s a modern building with glass and elevators, we try to keep things grounded inside our own space. We have desks piled with samples, fabric scraps, and sketches everywhere. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work. The people here come from all over the city, taking the local trains or riding bikes through the heavy traffic of Andheri just to get here. We spend a lot of time looking at materials and talking about what looks right and what doesn't. There’s a lot of back and forth, sometimes a bit of arguing, but it’s all part of the process. We aren't much for fancy presentations or long meetings that go nowhere. We’d rather just look at a product and see if it works. Lunchtime is usually spent together in the small pantry, talking about everything except work. It’s a good group of people, and while we take the business seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. It’s just how we like to run things here on the fourth floor, away from the street noise but still part of the city hustle.
