The staff is a mix of young people and those who have been here since the start. We don't have a lot of formal meetings; we usually just talk over what needs to be done during the morning tea break. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just take our work seriously and try to avoid mistakes. The building shows its age sometimes, especially during the monsoon when things get a bit damp, but we keep the machines covered and keep working. We aren't interested in being a giant corporation.
