You can find us at the Mahal Industrial Estate on Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East. We are in the Steel House building, B wing. It’s a very busy part of Andheri, especially with the Paper Box landmark nearby that everyone uses for directions. We work with electrical stuff here at Anchor. Most of our day involves dealing with switches, sockets, and wiring components. The area around the estate is always packed with tempos and trucks loading and unloading goods. Inside our space, it’s mostly shelves and desks piled with samples and paperwork. It can get quite loud with the traffic outside and the general hum of the industrial estate, but we’ve worked here so long we barely notice it anymore. We aren't doing anything fancy; we just make sure the electrical supplies are organized and that we are staying on top of the requests coming in. The building itself has that old industrial feel to it, with heavy doors and narrow corridors that stay cool even when it is hot outside. We usually grab tea from the stall just outside the gate when the afternoon slump hits. It’s a regular routine of checking the mail, answering the phones, and making sure the inventory lists are accurate. Working in Andheri East means you’re always in the thick of things, and that’s definitely true for us here. We just keep doing our part in the supply chain, one switch at a time.
