If you head over to the Ijmima Complex off Link Road in Malad (W, you will find us on the 8th floor. Anamika Design Company is in suite 822. Being near Infiniti 2 mall means there’s always a lot of traffic and people around, especially on the weekends, but up on the 8th floor, it’s a bit more tucked away. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. The office is basically where all the thinking and drawing happens for Anamika Design Company. It is a typical Malad office space—maybe a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff going on, but it works for what we need. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. We spend our days staring at screens or sketching things out on paper. The view from the 8th floor of Ijmima is mostly other buildings and the busy road below. It’s a lot of work and not much fluff. We aren't the type to use big words to describe what we do. We just come in, do the designs, and try to keep things moving without making a big fuss about it. Link Road is a noisy place, but once the door is shut, we just focus on the projects. It’s a straightforward environment where we just try to do a good job. That is basically the situation here most days.
