Our office is up on the sixth floor of Raj Chambers. It’s right on Old Nagardas Road in Andheri East, which is always a bit crowded with commuters and street vendors. We work with various types of instruments and technical equipment. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, mostly focused on the technical side of things. People here spend a lot of time looking at specs and handling different components. It's not a retail shop where people walk in off the street, so it stays fairly professional but relaxed. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, but we’ve gotten used to it. We deal with a lot of data and precision tools, so it requires a bit of focus. Most of the staff has been around for a few years, so we all know how things run. We aren’t into flashy stuff. We just handle the distribution and support for the instruments we carry. Sometimes we have visitors coming in for meetings, but mostly it’s just the team working through the daily tasks. Outside, the area is busy with the usual Mumbai energy, but once you’re inside Raj Chambers, it feels a bit more removed from the noise. We just keep our heads down and get the orders processed and the technical questions answered for our clients across the country. It is steady work that requires a lot of patience.
