Our office is over in Charni Road at the Borichi Building. It’s an old place, but it stays standing even with the salt air from the sea. Being near the Balaji Temple means it gets very loud and busy on certain days of the week, especially during festivals. We’ve been operating out of 38 H for some time now. Our day is mostly about handling different requests that come in through the phone or from neighbors who just walk in. The building has a lot of stairs, so we are always moving up and down to get things sorted. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights to attract attention. Just a small setup where we keep our records and tools on a few metal shelves. Sometimes people get the name wrong because of the spelling in our registration, but we don’t really mind. It’s a practical name for a practical business like ours. We fix things or get services sorted when they go wrong for our clients. It is a bit cramped in here with all the old files, but we know where everything is. The temple area is always lively, so there’s no shortage of noise or people walking by. We usually start early before the heat gets too bad in the afternoon. Most of the folks around here know us by name and just wave as they pass. We just try to keep things moving. It isn't a corporate office with fancy glass walls and central air.
