Alveeno Synthetics Llp is tucked away in the middle of Kalbadevi Road. We are in Diamond Mansion, specifically in Room Number 39. The address is 368/68 Kalbadevi Road, which is right in the heart of Mumbai’s old trading district. If you’ve ever been to Kalbadevi, you know how packed and narrow the streets are. It’s always buzzing with people and handcarts. Our room in Diamond Mansion isn’t very big, but it’s where we handle all our synthetic fabric business. The building has been there for years. We like being in the 400002 area because this is where the textile trade happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with traders who stop by. It’s a bit of a climb sometimes, and the hallways in Diamond Mansion can be a maze if you aren't used to them. We don’t have fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s just an old-fashioned office with desks, chairs, and lots of samples. Mumbai City is expensive, so we make the most of every square inch we have. It’s a loud, busy environment, but that’s what gives us energy. We’ve been part of this market for quite some time. We know our neighbors and we know the tea sellers. It’s just how things work here. We focus on the synthetics and try to keep everything organized despite the chaos outside.
