Altaf Exim (Opc) Private Limited

Being over here in Jogeshwari West, specifically in Sultan Baug, keeps us right in the middle of things. Altaf Exim is a small setup, mostly just me running things as an OPC. I spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating stuff. The neighborhood is lively, and the Company Housing Society is where we operate from. It’s not a flashy office, just a practical space to manage imports and exports. I started this because I saw how difficult it was for small traders to get their goods across borders. It isn't always easy. Dealing with customs and different regulations takes up most of my day. There’s a lot of back and forth with trucks and shipping lines. I try to keep things simple. If a customer needs something moved, I figure out the best way to do it without making it too complicated. Some days are slow, while others are a complete mess of deadlines and late-night emails. I don't use big words or try to act like a giant company. I just do the work. It’s about getting the boxes from point A to point B safely. Being in Mumbai, the pace is fast, and you have to keep up or you get left behind. It’s just how it is here. I have to stay organized because being an OPC means there isn't anyone else to blame if a deadline gets missed. Sultan Baug is a tight-knit community, and I like having my business here.
