We’ve been at Shop No. 11 for a while now. It’s right near Gate No. 3 of the Mahindra Tower in Worli. If you walk down Pandurang Budhakar Marg, you'll see us. Dealing with electronics isn't always easy, but it's what we do every day. The shop isn't huge, but we keep a lot of stuff on the shelves. Sometimes the street gets really busy with traffic, so finding a spot to park can be a bit of a headache. We mostly handle different electronic parts and gadgets that people need for their homes or small projects. We open up in the morning and stay until late evening. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you usually see the same faces when you walk in. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a counter and rows of boxes. Sometimes we’re busy fixing things in the back, so you might have to wait a minute if we're tied up. We try to keep things simple here. Most of our customers are locals from the Worli area or people working in the nearby offices who need a quick replacement part. It’s been quite a journey running Alpha-Lite Electronics Enterprises. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just focus on getting people what they need without making a big fuss about it. That’s pretty much how we operate day in and day out at our little spot near the gate. It's a bit dusty sometimes, but it's home to us.
