Allied Electricals

We spend most of our time at 121, Damji Shamji Indl. Complex. It’s a busy spot on L.B.S. Marg in Kurla (West). People come in looking for specific wires or those old-style switches that are hard to find. We keep a lot of stuff in the back because you never know what someone might need for their home or a bigger project. Most days start early here. We handle a lot of different electrical items. If someone has a fan that stopped working or needs parts for a new wiring job, they usually drop by. It’s not a fancy place. There are boxes stacked up and we spend a lot of time checking lists. The traffic outside on L.B.S. Marg can get pretty loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just focus on getting the right parts to the people who walk through the door. Sometimes people come in with a broken piece of equipment and ask if we have the exact match. We look through the shelves and try to help them out. It’s just how things go at Allied Electricals. We don’t do big ads. Usually, people find us because they work nearby in the complex or they’ve been coming here for a while. It’s a practical setup. We handle the inventory and talk to the regulars who know where we are. It stays busy enough to keep us moving all day long. We don't have a receptionist, so we just answer the phone ourselves when we aren't busy with a customer.
