Allianz de Architecture

Allianz de Architecture is located up on the sixth floor of the Palkhee building. Specifically, we are in unit 602. It is a bit of a climb if the elevator is slow, but we like being up here away from the noise of the street. The office is where we spend most of our daylight hours, sitting at desks and looking over plans or chatting about what needs to get finished by Friday. It’s not a huge space, but it fits us well enough. We have some plants by the window that we try to keep alive, though sometimes we forget to water them when things get busy. Palkhee is a decent building and most people in the neighborhood know where it is. We’ve been here for some time now, and the walls are covered with sketches and notes from various projects we’ve taken on. Working at 602, Palkhee means we are close to a few good spots to grab a quick snack or a coffee when the afternoon slump hits. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local team doing our jobs. Every day is pretty much the same routine of coming in, checking messages, and getting back to the drawing board. It feels like home after all these years. We just focus on the work right in front of us and try to make sure everything is sorted out properly before we head home. The desk is always cluttered with pens, but that’s how we like it.
