Allen Buildwell Pvt Ltd is located over at B-205 on Govandi Station Road. If you know the area, you know it stays pretty busy all day long with people heading to the station. Our office isn't anything too special to look at, just a regular space where we handle the building and construction side of things. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes the noise from the street comes right up into the office, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We have been based in Govandi for a bit now and it works for us because it is easy for the staff to get here using the train. Most of the time, the desks are covered in papers and drawings because there is always some project going on that needs attention. We aren't the type of place with a big reception desk or people in suits waiting to greet you. Usually, it is just us sitting around the table trying to figure out schedules or checking on material costs. It feels like a real workplace where things actually get built. We focus on the practical side of building stuff and making sure the work gets finished. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak hours on Station Road, but we like being in the middle of it all.
