All For Kids

All For Kids is tucked away in Santacruz West. It’s a lively part of town, and our shop is usually just as busy. We have a lot of stuff packed into the space, from small toys to bigger items for children. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it, but we know where everything is hidden. The shop floor is rarely perfect because kids are always coming in and touching things, which is fine with us. We spend our time restocking shelves and helping parents find a specific toy or a gift for a birthday party. It is a colorful place, even if the floor is a bit worn from all the foot traffic. We don't have a big corporate strategy or anything like that. We just enjoy being in Santacruz and seeing the local families come by. Sometimes it gets quite loud when a few toddlers are in at the same time, but that’s part of the charm of a place like this. We try to keep the windows clean so people can see the displays from the street. It’s a lot of work to keep up with the inventory and make sure we have what people are looking for. We just take it one day at a time, opening the doors and seeing who stops in to browse. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but we are still here in the same spot.
