Alfa Logistics

We are over here in the R A N E part of Mumbai. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic coming through the 400 042 zip code. We spend most of our mornings just sorting out where everything needs to go. Logistics isn't always easy, especially when the rains hit and the roads get messy. We have been in this spot for some time now. Most of the guys here live nearby so they know the shortcuts around the city. It is just a regular office, nothing fancy to look at. We keep the fans running all day because of the Mumbai heat. You will usually find someone at the desk from early morning. We handle a lot of different items and try to keep track of the paperwork as best as we can. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually get a cup of tea. We have a few regular drivers who know the routes better than anyone. They tell us stories about the highway traffic while they wait for their next load. This business keeps us on our feet. We don't really have big signs or anything, just the name Alfa Logistics on the door. It is a simple setup but it works for us. If you are around this part of Maharashtra, you probably see our trucks moving about. We just take it one day at a time here.
