We are located in Rahimtoola House at 7 Homji Street in the Fort area. It’s one of those classic old buildings you see around here, with the high ceilings and the big windows. Working in Fort is interesting because of all the history, but the streets are so narrow that getting anything delivered is a nightmare. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have some old wooden desks and cabinets that have been here longer than I have. The day usually starts with opening up the shutters and letting some air in, though the city noise comes in with it. We handle a lot of paperwork and logistics, so there’s always a stack of files somewhere that needs attention. It’s not a modern glass office. It’s more of a place where people sit down and actually get through their tasks without too much fuss. We go down to the local stalls for a quick bite or some coffee during the day. Everyone around here knows each other, from the bank workers to the guys running the print shops. It’s a small community in a big city. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in, find someone at a desk, and tell them what you need. We keep things simple and try not to let the daily stress of the city get to us too much because there's always more work to be done.
