Alarc

At Alarc, we operate out of Room No 8 in Building No 12 of the Century Colony. This is over on Pandurang Budhakar Marg in Worli New. The area is quite well known because the Doordarshan Kendra is right nearby. That is the landmark we give people when they are trying to find the colony. Mumbai 400030 is a busy part of town. The colony itself has a slightly different pace compared to the main road. Our room is just one part of the larger building. It’s a fairly basic setup. It’s where we keep our files and sit at our desks. We manage the daily tasks that come our way from this room. It isn't a high-rise office with glass walls. It’s more of a traditional Mumbai colony apartment converted for work use. You get to know the neighbors and the security guards at the gate. The walk from the main road into the colony gives you a break from the traffic. Pandurang Budhakar Marg is always noisy. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It suits us just fine. There’s a certain routine to the day here. From the morning tea delivery to the way the light hits the building in the afternoon, it feels real. It’s an honest place to work. We are in a part of Worli that feels very established. It is away from the flashy skyscrapers and mall traffic that fills the rest of the city.
