Al-Sofi Impex

Al-Sofi Impex is located at Sofi House on Gulmohar Cross Road No.7. We are part of the JVPD Scheme, which is a pretty well-known area in Andheri West. Being near Wajeda House makes us easy to find if you are familiar with this part of Mumbai. Sofi House is where we spend all our hours. It’s a busy place because this part of Andheri is always on the move. There is always a bit of traffic noise outside, and the hum of the city never really stops. Inside, the office is functional. We have desks pushed against the walls and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters; it’s more of a place where people are actually doing things. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The air is often thick with the typical Mumbai humidity, so the fans are always on full blast. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now, so we know all the delivery guys and the people in the neighboring houses. It feels more like a home that turned into an office over the years. There are always boxes stacked up near the entrance waiting to go somewhere. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. We just show up, do the importing and exporting work, and head home when the streetlights come on. It is a very normal way to spend a working day.
