Akshaya Mudra Nidhi Limited

Working out of Parel is always an experience because the energy never really stops. We are located at Amit Industrial Estate on Dr. S. Rao Road. Our office, Akshaya Mudra Nidhi Limited, is up on the second floor, room 202. It is right near Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, so the area is usually packed with people and cars. To be honest, finding a parking spot around here is a nightmare, but once you get inside the building, things get a bit quieter. We have a small team of local folks who just want to do right by the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be some high-tech firm from a movie. We use regular computers, keep paper files, and talk to people like human beings. The estate itself has been around for ages and it has that old Mumbai feel to it. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so taking the stairs is probably a better bet anyway. We started this because we noticed people in Parel needed a place that felt familiar. You can come in, sit down, and we can go over whatever you need without any rush. It is a humble office, but we take pride in the fact that we show up every morning and do the work. The tea stall downstairs makes a great ginger chai, which usually keeps us going through the busy afternoons.
