Akar Limited

We’re over at 222, Laxmi Plaza on the New Link Road in Andheri West. It’s a big building, so it can be easy to miss Akar Limited if you aren’t looking for the number. The traffic on New Link Road is usually pretty bad, so we hear a lot of horns all day long. Inside, it’s a bit quieter. We have a few rooms filled with desks and computers. It’s not a very big office, but it fits us just fine. We have a small window that looks out over the street, though the view is mostly just other buildings and cars. The elevator in Laxmi Plaza is a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. We keep a pot of coffee going most of the morning. It helps when we have a lot of paperwork to get through. We don’t have a lot of visitors, mostly just the delivery guys and the occasional person stopping by with a question. The carpet is a little worn out in the hallway, but nobody really minds. We try to keep things tidy, but papers tend to pile up by the end of the week. It’s a regular job in a busy part of the city. We’ve been here for a few years now and know the local spots for lunch.
