Our office is on the 2nd Floor of Citi Mall, right on Link Road in Andheri West. It’s a very different vibe from a typical industrial site. Being in a mall means there’s always people walking around and music playing in the background from the shops downstairs. Ajmera Realty Infra (I) Ltd. has been here for a while, and the location is handy because everyone knows where Citi Mall is. The office itself is fairly straightforward. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps and blueprints lying around. Dealing with real estate and infrastructure in Mumbai is always a bit of a challenge because of the pace of the city. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who want to know about new projects. It can get pretty busy, especially in the afternoons when the mall picks up. We don't have a lot of corporate polish in the way we talk to each other. It’s just a group of people trying to keep track of buildings and land. The view from the window is mostly just the traffic on Link Road, which never seems to stop. We usually grab lunch from the food court downstairs if we’re in a rush. It’s a practical place to work, and being in Andheri makes it easy for people to drop by and see us.
