Ajmera Bio-Medical Engineers

You can find us on the second floor of Devidas Mansion. It’s an old building over on B K Boman Behram Marg, not far from Apollo Bunder. Being Ajmera Bio-Medical Engineers means we spend a lot of time looking at technical specs and fixing things that doctors need. The hallways here have that old Mumbai feel to them. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. It's a bit of a walk up to the second floor, but we're used to it by now. The air smells like the sea sometimes because we're so close to the water. Inside the office, it’s mostly tools, spare parts, and manuals spread out on benches. We aren't big on decorating. It’s more about having space to test the equipment. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in. We handle a lot of repairs and maintenance. Most of the guys here have been working with medical gear for decades. We know which machines are reliable and which ones are a headache. People stop by the office to drop off stuff or just to talk shop. It’s a quiet kind of work, mostly. We don’t really do big meetings. We just grab a coffee, look at the schedule, and get to work on whatever came in that morning. The wooden floors creak a bit. It feels like a real place, not some sterile lab. We like it.
