Our place is in Mangalya, right across from the Marol fire brigade. If you know the Andheri East area, you know how packed the roads get around Marol Naka. We have been at C-701 for a good stretch of time. The office gets a lot of light in the morning, which is nice, but the noise from the sirens can be a lot sometimes. We are just a group of people working at Ajit Industries Pvt.Ltd. trying to keep everything running on time. There is always paperwork on the desks and someone is usually on the phone talking about a shipment or a technical drawing. It is not the kind of place with shiny glass walls or anything. It is a working office where we deal with real stuff. Some of us have been here for years, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The tea stall downstairs is where most of our meetings actually happen if we are being honest. We handle industrial bits and pieces mostly. It is steady work. We do not spend much time on fancy talk, we just look at the orders and see what needs to go out by evening. The lift in the building is a bit slow so we end up taking the stairs quite often. It keeps us moving. The days go by fast when there is a lot to pack.
