Ajay Lodha And Assocaites

We are over in Andheri East, specifically in the J B Nagar area. Our place is called Lodha Bhavan, at 97/1. It’s a busy part of town, which keeps things interesting for us. Ajay Lodha And Associates is a small operation, and we’ve been based in this building for quite a while now. If you know Andheri, you know how crowded it can get, but we like being in the middle of all the action. The office is a bit cramped sometimes because of all the paperwork we have to keep, but we manage. We aren’t the type to have a polished reception or anything like that. People just walk in, and we get to talking about whatever needs to be done. Most of us have lived in Mumbai our whole lives, so we don't mind the noise or the heat. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work. J B Nagar is a good spot because it’s easy to get to from different parts of the city. We have a routine that we follow every day, starting with a quick cleanup of the desks and then diving into the files. It’s a very practical environment without any of the corporate fluff you see elsewhere. We just handle our business, talk to our clients, and go home at the end of the shift. It’s honest work in a local setting that we’ve called home for years. We just try to keep things simple and functional.
