Our office is at 204 Shivshakti Industrial Premises on J.R. Boricha Marg. We’re right in Lower Parel, which everyone knows is a really busy part of the city. Ajanta Gifts Pvt. Ltd. has been based here for a good long time. The industrial premises are exactly what you’d expect—lots of different businesses all working in one big building. It’s noisy and there’s always someone moving boxes or deliveries coming in. We like the energy of the place, even if it gets a bit chaotic sometimes. Our space is filled with samples and stock, so it’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Lower Parel has changed so much, but J.R. Boricha Marg still feels like a working street. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll just see us working among the stacks of items. We aren't interested in looking like a corporate office. We’re a private limited company, but it feels more like a small shop sometimes. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the gift business from this spot. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially during the busy seasons. We just keep our heads down and keep the orders moving out the door. It’s how we’ve always done it at Ajanta Gifts. It’s not always pretty, but we get the job done every single day without fail.
