Ajanta Enterprise

Ajanta Enterprise is situated in 8th Khetwadi Lane, inside the 2nd Amin House. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes of Khetwadi, you know how tight they can be. It’s a maze of shops and small workshops. We’ve been here in this spot for a long time. Our office is just a regular room where we handle our daily business. There’s always the sound of scooters and people shouting outside the window. It’s a lively place, to say the least. We don’t have a big sign or anything fancy. People who need us usually find us by word of mouth or by looking for Amin House. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a couple of old desks. We handle a variety of items and deal with different suppliers every day. It’s not a clean, white-collar environment. It’s practical. We get our hands dirty when we need to. There are no scripted greetings when you call us. We just answer the phone and see what you need. We’ve survived here because we know the people and we know the area. It’s a tough place to work sometimes, especially in the summer heat, but it’s our home. We don't try to sound like a multinational company. We are just a local enterprise in a busy Mumbai lane. Sometimes we share snacks with the shopkeepers next door during the afternoon break.
