We operate out of Sarthik Square, specifically on the 4th floor in room 410. Being near the HDFC Bank in Bodakdev makes it easy for people to find Airox Nigen Equipments Pvt. Ltd. The area is quite modern now, with lots of glass buildings and coffee shops, but inside our office, it’s all about the technical side of things. We deal with various types of industrial equipment and gas generators, so the desks are usually covered in technical drawings and manuals. It isn't a place for people who like peace and quiet; there’s always a discussion going on about a machine part or a shipping schedule. We have a small crew and we’ve been working together for a long time. The office has big windows, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a screen, but mostly we are heads-down on the work. We try to keep things simple here. No big corporate speeches or complicated hierarchies. If a customer calls with a problem, whoever picks up the phone tries to help them out. The 4th-floor location is good, though the parking in Bodakdev can be a nightmare if you arrive ten minutes late in the morning. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to make sure the equipment we send out is up to the mark. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us. There is always someone working late here.
