Airmate

Airmate is located over in Dadar West. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all the names like Sreenidhi Mansion and Uma Devi Complex, but we’re basically in Dattatray Niwas on the ground floor. We are right on Pipe Line Road, just opposite the Portuguese Church. That church is a big landmark, so we usually just tell people to look for that and they find us easily enough. Being on the ground floor is lucky because we don’t have to deal with any stairs when we’re moving stuff in and out. The area around Malleswaram and Dadar can get quite packed, so it’s always a bit noisy with the scooters and people walking by. We’ve got a small team here. Most of the time, we’re just busy with the daily tasks that come up. The office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. It’s a practical setup. We don’t really spend money on fancy decorations or anything. We just keep the place tidy and focus on whatever work is on the desk that day. It gets quite hot in the summer, so the fans are always going full blast. People drop by from the neighborhood quite often just to ask questions or see what we’re up to. It’s a very local feel here, and we like it that way. No big corporate vibes, just a regular workplace in a busy part of Mumbai.
