We operate out of Maitri Park on the Sion Trombay Road, near the Marine Drive area. The address is 18/4/85. It’s an industrial sort of spot. We deal with seals and products that keep air or liquids where they are supposed to be. It’s not the kind of thing most people think about until something leaks. Our warehouse is usually full of rubber parts, gaskets, and various sealants. It’s a dusty place, but we know where everything is kept. We’ve got shelves reaching up to the ceiling. Most of the day is spent pulling orders and packing them into crates for shipping. We work with a lot of factories and repair shops. They call us when they have a breakdown. It’s a lot of measuring and making sure the sizes are exactly right. A millimeter can make a big difference in our line of work. We have a small office tucked in the front where we handle the billing and the phones. It’s noisy with the trucks going by on the Trombay Road, but we’re used to it. We’ve been in this location for a long time. The floor is concrete and stained with oil, and the staff has been here for years. We don't put on any acts. We just provide the parts that people need to keep their machines running. It’s straightforward, honest work. There is always a pot of coffee in the office for whoever stops by.
