Ahuja Constructions

The office here at 199 Santacruz West is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and tea cups scattered around. We spend most of our time on Kelkar Road, right across from where everyone goes to Shoppers Stop. It’s a busy spot, and you can always hear the traffic outside while we’re trying to figure out the next steps for a site. Being in Santacruz means there is never a quiet moment, but that is just how it is. We have been working out of this space for a good while now. It isn’t a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular place where we get our hands dirty and try to keep things moving. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing and other days we are just staring at maps of the neighborhood. People often drop by because they saw the sign while they were out shopping across the street. We don’t have a big reception area or a coffee machine that works all the time, but the tea stall downstairs is decent enough. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other’s habits. It’s mostly about making sure the projects actually get finished without too many headaches. We deal with the local weather and the typical delays that happen in this part of town. It’s just us doing our bit in the construction world here in West.
