We are located in the New India Industrial estate, over in Andheri East, just off Mahakali Caves Road. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks and vans moving around. Our agency, number 11, is where we keep all the gift articles and items we distribute. The warehouse part of the space is usually more crowded than the office part. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling filled with all sorts of things. It can be a bit of a maze sometimes, especially when we get a large shipment of new stock. We aren't a retail shop where you come to browse. Most of our work is behind the scenes, getting things ready for other stores or businesses. We spend a lot of time with tape guns and bubble wrap, making sure things don't break. The air in the industrial estate can be a bit dusty, and it gets loud with all the nearby workshops, but we’re used to it. We’ve been at this address for several years and have a routine that works for us. It’s not a fancy business with glossy brochures. We just write down orders in our ledgers and make sure the delivery truck is loaded properly. We’re just regular folks working in Andheri, trying to keep the business running smoothly and get the gifts out to people who want them.
